All Motyfe lamps are made to order.
For this reason, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind.

That said — if something arrives damaged, defective, or not as intended, please contact us within 5 days. We stand by our work and will make it right.

What qualifies for a replacement

  • Damage sustained during shipping

  • Functional defects (e.g. lighting issues)

  • Incorrect product or colour received

What does not qualify

  • Visible layer lines or subtle surface variations (a natural part of 3D printing)

  • Minor texture differences between pieces

  • Change of mind after purchase
